Barb Wineinger

With over a decade of experience in real estate and more than $20 million in career sales, I’ve had the privilege of helping countless clients buy and sell homes across Central Indiana. Since becoming a licensed agent in 2010, my greatest passion has been guiding first-time home buyers—especially those who never thought homeownership was within reach.

I primarily serve the Indianapolis, Greenwood, Franklin, and Bargersville areas, but I proudly live by the motto: “Have car, will travel.” Whether you're buying your first home, selling your current one, or just exploring your options, I’m committed to making the process smooth, informed, and even enjoyable.

Outside of real estate, I’m a proud mom to two almost-adult children and serve as a board member with the Perry Meridian Falcon Boosters. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, gardening, watching college football, and have even taught myself how to crochet.
