Brian has a finance background and will have quick and accurate answers for you about how you will benefit from a particular program and the best way to direct your finances when getting a mortgage. He’s great at seeing creative solutions!

Jody got her start in the mortgage industry in 1983 working for Indiana Housing. She’s done many facets of the mortgage process, most recently as a loan officer for the past 15+ years. She has a heart for educating buyers and is happy to explain and answer all your questions. Linda, Brian’s mom, has over 40 years of real estate experience! Starting her career in the title industry and then becoming Brian’s loan assistant in 2009, she added mortgage expertise on top of her already extensive title knowledge- all while never losing her warm customer-centric work ethic. Billi, Brian’s wife, joined us mid-2020. She brought 6 years of title and admin experience to us and currently fills in many of the behind-the-scenes file setup tasks as well as some marketing. She is also Brian’s right hand on the weekends, helping him to serve you faster.

Cat, our living-breathing swiss army knife of an assistant, joined our team in October 2020 with over 14 years of real estate experience including marketing, title, and loan coordinating. She is very resourceful and an indispensable member of the team.
